How can I find out what brand the speakers are on the wall?
My family and I just bought a new house and their are speakers all over the house. They all look and same. They are all in-ceiling and round. I want to know the brand of them! Is their any way I can find out without taking it out? If not, how do I take it out? Does it have to be done professionally or can I do it myself and put it back as before?
Many ceiling speakers have no logo or company name visible.
It is usually pretty easy to pull the grill off. Use a small flat blade screwdriver and carefully pry the grill off one of the speakers. There may be a logo visible at this point – if not just unscrew the speaker. There should be some info on the back of the speaker.
