The irony is the equivalent RF's (etc) to these two amps would be significantly more expensive and offer no real initial advantage. You'd expect a $300 600w amp to last longer than a $150 amp of about the same power, but that's no guarantee either.
If your budget allows room for a mainstream, higher price brand, by all means buy one. But talking smack on lower priced equipment that offer a lot of performance for the money w/o any knowledge of their performance doesn't do anyone any good.
I'd go with the AP.
I have nothing against HF, and I believe that would be a good option too, but I have SOME personal experience with AP and I've found they do a good job of providing decent quality at such a low price.
The $70 difference is too much for me to think the HF would be the better buy.
