If I only hook up my center channel,front left and front right, will I still get ok surround sound?
dont watch alot of movies, mainly sports and sitcoms. should I go ahead and buy a pair for the rear left and right? Dug these out of the garage and my 5.1 is now a 3.1.
You won't get surround sound. You'll get okay sound, but the surround part comes from the surround speakers. The fact that you are asking this question at all leads me to believe that you will probably be just as happy with 3.1.
