What is the blue cable called that goes into the back of your monitor?
And does anyone know where I can get one that is about 15 Meters long in the UK?
Or if there is any way of splitting it? So I can run my computer on two monitors?
I want to hook it up to my TV for gaming (the tv is about 6 Meters away) and I want to use it at my desk for school work.

Its called a VGA cable. You will need an extension though when connecting to your monitor. Yes there are splitters that you can purchase at your local electronics/computer store (VGA splitters). Please keep this in mind though, when you split a VGA signal you will lose image quality and you will more often then not blur or even transpose the image. Please do not expect the image quality to be excellent over 15 meters as this is a fairly long distance.
To avoid this, get an EMI or shielded extension cable (this will cost you with the length that you want) and a GOOD VGA splitter (not a cheap one). If you don't like the image qualitiy then just bring it all back so keep everything in order to do so.
Also, unless you have an LCD, your TV will not produce nearly the resolution that you desire. If your TV is a tube then I would scrap this idea because the resolution will be lousy at best.
