Dish network problems, no picture?
on the screen you can see all the menus, use all the remote functions, change channels and the info bar at the top shows up along with the guide and programs but there is not an actual picture of the shows. Any ideas how i could fix it?
1. Reset the receiver....while it's running take the plug from the wall and count to 15 and then plug it back in.
2. If you're set up online, go to website and resend authorizations. If not online, call automated number and resend auths.
If still not working, will need to trouble shoot through a rep.
